Parma figs salad served with Dolcelatte®

Serves 4
Prep: less then 30 minutes

 

  • 150 g Galbani Dolcelatte
  • 1 - 2 packs of Parma ham
  • 5 - 10 figs
  • Olives
  1. Put the Parma ham on the bottom of a serving plate.
  2. Cut the figs in quarters and the Dolcelatte into small cubes.
  3. Spread both over the ham, scatter with olives before serving.
